A naked man found out a top-loading washing machine isn’t the best place to hide after getting stuck while waiting to surprise his girlfriend.

This led to what was probably the most embarrassing 20 minutes of his life as emergency crews struggled to free him.

They eventually rescued the unfortunate man using lubricant, reported to be olive oil.
